Here's my mid-august book haul for the summer of 2016. I picked up 4 books for about 25$. I got them at Half Price Books for half the price of the MSRP Price. Most are YA Books. Most are also Paranormal YA books or Fantasy YA Books. More booky goodness will come soon.

I will post a review when I finish this book. I'm not reading how I used to because I work a lot now. but I still read in my off time. I am loving this book so far though! I love my YA Paranormal/Fantasy.

I got these as part of the 50% off coupon event and picked up 3 books. it was maybe 10-15$ for 3 books. Which is a great deal.  All of these are YA Paranormal Books. Zombies, witches, vampires, ect. I love them. Can't get enough.

I got these at my local half price books in mn. My hubs. picked up the asylum novel for me and I purchased the other two books. I also purchased some books during the big 50% off coupon event. I will post that next as a part two.

Mail time: Amazon Resident Evil Card Building Game

The fiancee and I got this in the mail yesterday. We both can't wait to try this game. It is a card building game, so you add to the deck of cards you have as your inventory and infected defeated to your decorations. It is a basically a card based rpg. 

I will review and post more about this later.

It's that time again, time for penny dreadful time! season 3 started on may 1st. on showtime. It has always been an obsession for me but I'm loving the addition of new characters this season! Love it! Also Horror Crate is featuring Penny Dreadful in this month's box, which my fiancee and I will be getting!!

I've been playing these games this month so far. Having a fallout blowout recently. Tons of fun!

Fallout 3

Fallout 4 

Fallout recently released 2 new downloaded content packs(DLC) for fallout 4 players. Luckily, I got mine with the season pass when we pre-ordered it. 

~ Wasteland Workshop~

Released April 12, 2016

With this DLC add on you can build traps to catch animals in the wasteland. You can capture and battle your little minions. There's also a whole new line of things you can add on to buildings with like cool lighting and taxidermy.

~Automatron~

Released March 22, 2016

With this DLC add on you get a new quest line added to the game. It has to do with robots and you can even make your own robots. 

Theres one more DLC coming out this month. The 19th, so soon. which is called Far Harbor and is a story add on to extend the game. 

I cannot wait!

MN Comic Con 2016

MN Comic Con 2016 

It's that time of year again, the time where nerds gather around their favorite stars and geek out. We will be going this year also and were going on sunday this year. Last year we went on friday, and then attended Kevin Smith's q&a after at the state theater. 

at the mn comic con there will be a few big stars and some other lesser known ones. Berry Bostwick from rocky horror picture show will be there, James Marsters also known as Spike from Buffy will be there, Kristen Bauer, Pam from true blood will be there,  the green power ranger, Jewel Staite from firefly and a small cast from Gotham will be there. 

I will post after sunday about our experience.
